Orbotech S.A., the European subsidiary of Orbotech Ltd., will demonstrate at the SMT Hybrid Packaging Exhibition (Booth 137 in Hall 7) in Nuremberg, Germany on 24-26 April 2007 the Company's latest models of automated optical inspection (AOI) systems with integrated process control tools and verification stations.
Designed to meet the production requirements of the electronics assembly industry in Germany, these solutions include the Vantage S22™ cost-effective post-reflow AOI system, Symbion™ S36 high performance post-reflow AOI system, Symbion™ P36 solder paste AOI system and ADVISOR™ process control software.
