About Paragon LDI Systems
The Paragon series with Large Scan Optics (LSO) Technology™ delivers outstanding quality, accuracy and ease-of-use - all at unmatched LDI throughput of up to 160 prints per hour. A real solution for today's very demanding registration challenges, Paragon's superior front-to-back registration capability dramatically improves yields on all products including advanced high-density interconnect, high layer count, rigid-flex and packaging products, including intricate designs with fine features. Paragon provides maximum flexibility to handle a wide range of jobs on the same system. It is also able to image on any type of UV-sensitive media, including dry and liquid resists. Over 200 Orbotech LDI systems are now installed worldwide.
About Discovery AOI Systems
Featuring a breakthrough approach to AOI combined with a totally new user experience, Discovery AOI series is currently the best selling AOI system in the PCB manufacturing industry. Designed with SIP Technology™, Discovery delivers simple, highly intelligent and more powerful AOI performance that gives users unparalleled AOI results in the critical areas of operational efficiency, total AOI throughput and labor cost reduction. With the system's innovative Push-to-Scan® operation, even the most complicated AOI tasks are made easy. With built-in Visual Intelligence™, for the first time in AOI, it is no longer necessary to compromise between detection and false calls or to waste time reviewing non-critical defects. This next generation system combines high speed, minimized false calls and maximum up-time for a major impact on manufacturers' bottom line results. With various models now available, the Discovery series is an ideal solution for all production applications including high-volume at over 200 sides per hour at 100 µm and advanced HDI & BGA production with inspection capabilities down to 25 µm line/space.
