The Company will unveil its latest, cutting-edge AOI system for PCB production, the Discovery™ II 9200. This high-performance system provides enhanced detection and accuracy with reduced false alarms rate and delivers extended capabilities for greater operations efficiency than ever before. The system is designed to ensure high defect detection and unmatched throughput with full flexibility to handle today’s challenging MLB, Flex PCB and HDI mass production requirements. Field-proven SIP Technology™ enables detection accuracy down to 25μm while securing reduced running costs.
Orbotech will also be presenting its latest DI solution, the Nuvogo™ 800. The advanced digital imaging system utilizes Orbotech’s MultiWave Laser Technology™ to achieve throughput of up to 300 prints per hour. The technology simultaneously generates a dual wavelength beam for maximum robustness on a vast range of resist types for the highest quality and production flexibility.
Also on display is the Ultra PerFix™ 120 automated optical rework (AOR) system. Ultra PerFix™ 120 is designed to achieve fast, highly accurate re-work of excess copper defects down to 10μm resolution in less than a minute on advanced IC substrates and Flex applications.

Additionally featured is the Sprint™ 120 inkjet printer with DotStream Technology™ delivering high speed and top quality mass production of advanced legend designs.

InSight PCB® pre-CAM software and other CAM/Engineering developments by Frontline PCB Solutions will also be on display.
